We all know why, they are pretty, quite, and just like magic these machines magically pull energy out of the air!  Okay maybe beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and okay most units are slightly louder than your air conditioning, we are just partial.

All this said, just like your air conditioning, do you want to be without the generator when it is needed?

While it is true that energy is all around us, pulling it out of the air, so to speak, requires an entity that understands the magic!  Our committment is just that, understanding the magic and then putting it to use by providing security to families and business thru well thought out systems.

E&W system installations ALWAYS include COMPREHENSIVE TESTIING which can only be completed using an external load, not your home or business loads to verify:

• Fuel pressure verification during load testing to make sure the fuel piping will deliver enough fuel during a worst case scenario when you will need it the most.
• Voltage drop observance at load attachment above 70% of output capacity to insure the generator can handle air conditioning startups safely so as not to effect the longevity of the air conditioner.
• Insure oscillations across 4 to 15 different load stages to eliminate flickering lighting or unstable voltages for sensitive electronic equipment.
• Voltage transients observance at load detachments above 70% of output capacity to insure electrical spikes do not effect the longevity of light bulbs, sensitive electronic equipment, or any programming logic associated with smart appliances.
• Engine operation temperatures after unit has been stressed for one hour, verfying engine lube oil temperatures do not effect the longevity of the engine associated with your generator.
• Temperatures for all wire terminations while unit is operating to insure good contacts, eliminating some potential intermittant issues associated with the generator operation.

E&W system installations during the 2021 summer season will include a service visit for your new generator including attachment of an external load bank to stress the generator system across several load stages to verify operational parameters.  The service will be performed approximately 6 to 12 months after the system is put into service.  This provides an opportunity to test the load management system associated with the generator, verify or correct potential product manufacturing tweaks, and installing any new manufactures firmware which provides for more effective control of the processor associated with your generator.  

For all generators during the 2021 spring season, regardless of the manufacturer, our systems come with a minimum five year extended manufacturers warranty, which means for all warrantable items as per the manufacturer, coverage is at 100%. The warranties are administered by company full time staff who are certified, experienced, and qualified technicians.  Our service trucks are stocked daily, with in most cases, a minimum part inventory of 600 different parts, so that in most cases the technician has the part to correct any issues on the initial visit.

​CONSIDERATIONS:  All residential and small business generator manufactured product is basically the same.  Even so, some provide an advantage in reference to load managment, warranty, customer service, support for product, organization, quality of machine parts, and their committment to support of their dealers.  Your success will depend on the entity that understands the limitations and advantages of each as it pertains to your generator needs.
