At E&W we believe so; so much so, that 15 years ago we began using all our resources to become the premier full service generator dealer for residential and business customers across North Carolina and parts of Virginia. It is currently and always has been our policy to fully service all product that we provide for our customers. This includes:
- Complete, well thought out installations, including proper load analysis and then thorough load and operational testing of all systems before placing them into service.
- Offering thorough service plans, including external load bank testing which allows correct monitoring of all required components of a successful system. (As our site construction continues, look for our comprehensive service plans and all items consistently monitored.)
- Parts inventory for all models we sell.
- Factory trained technicians, also trained by in house staff to fully understand electricity, generator theory, and load characteristics. This allows for correct installations and then correct diagnosis and repair if necessary.
