The Air-Cooled Guardian generator is designed to provide backup power for necessities. Necessities include, but are not limited to gas furnace blowers, refrigerator/freezers, well and/or sump pumps, lights receptacles, microwave ovens, garage door openers, hot water heater, some smaller central AC systems. There are statements made by other entities that these units can handle larger loads during long extended outages. We would recommend extreme caution when creating these scenerios, although this product has an outstanding air cooled engine, it can overheat and FAIL during high temperature days during a long extended outage.
Let E&W perform a correct load analysis and then installation for you. We can use our experience from installing a huge number of these units and then also keeping them on line 24 hours a day, year after year. Our experience with LOAD TESTING approximately 600 to 700 of these each year gives us a thorough understanding and evidence of these units performances, SUCCESS and FAILURES!
